NOLAChefsAid.com welcomes you to the NOLA Chefs’ Aid for the Philippines benefit on December 16, 2013, at the Hilton Riverside Hotel New Orleans. Attendees will be able to place bids at any time during the duration of the event as all items will be prominently displayed in a room designated for auction items. All funds raised support the advocacy efforts of the American Culinary Federation of New Orleans-NOLA Chefs Aid and the National Alliance for Filipino Concerns (NAFCONUSA.org)
In order for this event to be a success, I ask that each of you reach out to your area partners to secure donated items for the Silent Auction. These items can range from the following:
Collectibles, Merchandise and Gift Certificates – artwork, hand crafted items, limited edition prints, gift baskets, restaurant dinners and antiques. The Gift Certificates must be good through December 2014
- Minimum retail value of $50
Fantasies, Adventures & Fabulous Getaways – vacation packages, lodging and tours.
- Items should have a minimum value of $100
- Use gift certificates or company letterhead to specify all the components of these packages, including details, dates, special events and information necessary to redeem the package clearly stated. The package must be good through December 2014
In order for you items to be included in the Silent Auction Catalog, it is mandatory that your information and items reach us by the Friday, December 13, 2013 deadline.
